Undivided Privacy Policy

Undivided ("the app") is built by Toshi Labs (hello@toshilabs.be). We designed it to know as little about you as possible.

What we store, and where

Everything the app knows about your training lives on your device: your quiz answers, Attention Score, sessions, streaks and program progress. We do not run our own servers, we do not create accounts, and we cannot see any of this data. Deleting the app deletes it.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and purchase receipt data so your subscription works and can be restored. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, or training data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy for details.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the daily reminder is scheduled locally on your device. Nothing is sent to us.

Analytics

The app sends a small set of anonymous usage events (for example: onboarding screen viewed, subscription screen shown, session completed) to PostHog, an analytics service, hosted in the European Union. These events are tied to a random identifier created on your device; they include no name, no email, no quiz answers and no content of your training. We never link this identifier to who you are, and we use these events only to understand where the app loses or helps people. RevenueCat reports subscription events (such as a trial starting or renewing) under the same random identifier. See PostHog's privacy policy at posthog.com/privacy for details.

The app contains no advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
